About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team. This role focuses on designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and business process automation • Develop Power Pages and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Create enterprise applications using Dataverse and Power Platform components • Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and solution design sessions • Support DevOps initiatives using Power Platform Pipelines and ALM Accelerator • Work on data integration, migration, and Azure-based solutions • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation • Establish platform governance, development standards, and best practices • Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including sprint planning, testing, and deployment Requirements • 8+ years of overall IT experience • 5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI • 5+ years of custom development using C#, .NET, and JavaScript • 2+ years of Power Platform DevOps experience • 3+ years of experience with Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, data integrations, and data migration • Strong experience in Power Platform customization, deployment, and administration • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in Agile development environments
