About the Role We are looking for two Power Platform Developers to support the design, development, and deployment of enterprise business solutions leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and platform teams to deliver scalable applications, automate business processes, and integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement enterprise business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform • Automate business processes and integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 and enterprise platforms • Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and platform teams • Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform solutions • Develop custom connectors and work with APIs Requirements • 4+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience • Strong experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) • Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows; desktop flow experience is a plus • Experience designing and implementing Dataverse solutions • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external systems • Experience developing custom connectors and working with APIs • Strong understanding of security, permissions, and solution deployment practices • Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, connector management, authentication, and security best practices • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
