About the Role
We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team at ОТП БАНК. This role focuses on developing and executing digital advertising strategies to promote the bank's brand, products, and services.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in forming advertising strategies for promoting the bank's brand, products, and services in digital channels.
• Launch, configure, and optimize display advertising campaigns.
• Develop media plans and form media budgets for advertising campaigns.
• Collect semantic core, select keywords and negative keywords.
• Prepare advertising announcements, headlines, ad groups, and configure displays.
• Work with budgets and bids in advertising accounts.
• Analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and continuously work to increase conversions.
• Configure retargeting and remarketing, attract targeted traffic.
• Analyze user behavior on the website and the effectiveness of channels for different periods.
• Prepare reports for advertising campaigns and conversion metrics.
• Launch and control A/B tests, work with hypotheses.
• Coordinate the preparation of content with designers, copywriters, and contractors as needed.
• Participate in building a cross-functional process for analyzing advertising campaigns and controlling the passage of customers through the sales funnel.
• Analyze the market, customers, and the activities of competitors within advertising tasks.
Requirements
• Higher education, preferably in the field of digital marketing or IT.
• Experience working in a similar position for at least 2 years.
• Practical experience in launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Business, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Looker Studio.
• Knowledge of principles of web, digital, and performance analytics.
• Understanding of principles of cross-functional analytics, attribution, sales funnels, and evaluation of advertising channels effectiveness.
• Knowledge of key marketing metrics: CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, ROMI, LTV.
• Skills in launching, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
• Experience in managing advertising budgets, bids, and achieving KPIs.
• Ability to work with audiences, segmentation, remarketing, and testing advertising hypotheses.
• Knowledge of BigQuery and basic principles of working with SQL is a plus.
• English language — Intermediate level.
