About the Role We are looking for an experienced Principal Java Developer with strong hands-on expertise in AI Agent development, LLM integration, and full-stack engineering to work on an innovative, AI-powered loans platform. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI Agents to extract and interpret terms from complex credit agreements • Build LLM-powered workflows, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven document processing solutions • Develop backend services using Java and Python, with React for frontend development • Design and integrate REST APIs and event-driven services using Kafka • Work with RAG architectures, Snowflake, and distributed systems • Contribute to AI-powered automation, scalable platform architecture, and production deployments • Take ownership of solutions from design and prototyping through testing, deployment, and support Requirements • Strong experience in Java, Python, and React • Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and developing AI Agents • Expertise in prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and LLM pipelines • Experience with REST APIs, Kafka, and event-driven architecture • Strong software engineering and distributed systems fundamentals • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Codex or Claude
