About the Role We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in leading customer-facing software implementation and professional services engagements, specifically within the Financial Services industry. Key Responsibilities • Lead multi-million-dollar portfolios across 10+ concurrent enterprise projects • Manage and mentor multiple Project Managers and technical leads • Own executive client relationships, steering committees, and escalations • Oversee UiPath automation and Agentic AI implementation programs • Manage delivery governance, resources, budgets, risks, and customer success Requirements • 10+ years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation or professional services engagements • Strong Financial Services experience (Banking and/or Insurance) • Hands-on experience with RPA, automation, and/or Agentic AI implementation, specifically enterprise UiPath deployments • Experience managing portfolios of 10+ concurrent projects • Proven experience managing multiple Project Managers (Manager of Managers) • Strong executive stakeholder management and escalation resolution experience • Experience with enterprise automation programs and delivery governance
