About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst to support MedTech PLM initiatives, primarily focused on PTC Windchill. The candidate will partner with various teams to translate business requirements into scalable PLM solutions within regulated product development environments. Key Responsibilities • Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional designs • Support Windchill document management and change control configurations • Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and manage dependencies • Coordinate requirements across multiple squads and stakeholders • Manage delivery priorities, scope, risks, dependencies, and production issues • Support PLM data migration and configuration alignment • Improve processes, traceability, and delivery efficiency • Create documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams Requirements • 7+ years in requirements management, business analysis, or PLM solutions • 5+ years in Medical Device or Regulated Industry • Hands-on PTC Windchill experience • Strong understanding of regulated, design-controlled, traceable product development
