About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Architecture Lead to support Project Nova, a major platform transformation initiative with Evernorth focused on building a new cloud-native Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) platform. Key Responsibilities • Lead solution and business architecture for healthcare platform transformation. • Design and guide agentic design patterns and workflow orchestration. • Translate business capabilities into clear, buildable architectural designs. • Coordinate solution, agentic, UI, and workflow architects. • Collaborate with product engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment. • Maintain solution consistency across multiple workstreams and platform integrations. Requirements • 8+ years of Solution Architecture experience • 8+ years of Business Architecture experience • 8+ years of Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience • 8+ years of Agentic Design Patterns experience • 8+ years of Workflow Management & Orchestration experience • Prior healthcare industry experience is mandatory.
