About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the modernization of the CAI application for the State of Pennsylvania. This application supports the resolution of public complaints involving utility companies. Key Responsibilities • Define and manage product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Gather, document, prioritize, and manage business and functional user stories. • Develop clear acceptance criteria and maintain the product backlog. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, UX/UI teams, and vendors. • Prioritize features based on business value, risks, dependencies, and strategic objectives. • Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews. • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. • Establish and track product success metrics and KPIs. • Support change management, user adoption, and training. • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and WCAG accessibility standards. • Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and delivery impediments. • Provide regular project updates and recommendations to leadership.
