About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Owner to drive product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end product delivery for digital solutions within the Product Lifecycle & Delivery function. Key Responsibilities • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements. • Manage product backlogs, user stories, and feature prioritization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering, UX, and data teams to deliver high-quality products. • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive successful product delivery. • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities and user experience. • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to continuously improve products. Requirements • 8–15 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership. • Strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management and Product Delivery. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to define product strategies, roadmaps, and business cases. • Understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and digital product ecosystems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong experience in Clinical Trials • Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industry background • Product Lifecycle Management and Product Delivery experience • Product Management / Product Ownership experience • Digital Transformation experience
