About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to lead a Telecom OSS/BSS Transformation Program, driving product strategy, backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-end delivery. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the OSS/BSS product backlog • Define product vision, objectives, and release plans • Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Drive alignment across business, operations, architecture, and delivery teams • Lead requirements workshops and business process discovery • Define future-state processes and lead UAT • Ensure release readiness, change management, and business adoption Requirements • 8+ years of experience in the telecommunications domain • 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or OSS/BSS Transformation Lead • Strong experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies • Experience delivering large-scale telecom transformation programs Preferred Platforms • Amdocs • Netcracker • Blue Planet • ServiceNow TNI • Salesforce Communications Cloud • Oracle Communications Standards & Frameworks TM Forum eTOM | SID | Open APIs | ODA | ITIL
