About the Role We are looking for an experienced Product Owner – Cloud and Technical Services to support Cloud Operations, Observability, Disaster Recovery, and CloudOps within its Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio. Key Responsibilities • Support Cloud Operations, Observability, Disaster Recovery, and CloudOps within the Enterprise Platforms & Enablement (EPE) portfolio • Connect business priorities with technical delivery • Drive product strategy • Work independently with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders Requirements • Typically 5+ years of Agile Product Owner experience • Experience leading a cloud-focused team or owning products for a cloud-focused organization • Understanding of CloudOps, Observability, and Disaster Recovery as an integrated ecosystem • Product backlog management, prioritization, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience with SAFe and scaled Agile product delivery • SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification or 3+ years of scaled Agile product ownership/product management in a large organization • Jira Software and Confluence • ITSM experience and ITIL certification strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience/schooling
