About the Role We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with proven experience owning the Acqueon Dialer platform and managing auto-dialer campaigns. The ideal candidate will independently lead product initiatives and drive campaign enhancements. Key Responsibilities • Lead product initiatives independently • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams • Drive campaign enhancements, compliance, and operational efficiency • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear user stories • Coordinate UAT, validate functionality, and manage production incidents • Work with Marketing, Call Center Operations, Sales, Compliance, and IT stakeholders Requirements • Must have worked as a Product Owner on the Acqueon platform • Hands-on understanding of auto-dialer campaign management • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into user stories • Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills • Twilio integrations or communication platform experience • Healthcare industry experience • Experience preparing presentations for business stakeholders
