Product Owner

TransTec is looking to hire: #Product #Owner The Product Owner will be responsible for managing product requirements, prioritizing the backlog, coordinating between business stakeholders and the development team, and ensuring that delivered features meet the business needs. Main responsibilities include: -      Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. -       Convert requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. -       Manage and prioritize the product backlog. -       Coordinate with UI/UX, development, QA, and business teams. -       Follow up on sprint scope, delivery progress, and pending clarifications. -       Validate delivered features against business requirements. -       Support product documentation, release notes, and user acceptance testing. -       Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Required Experience – #Product #Owner -       Previous experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. -       Good understanding of software development life cycle. -       Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria. -       Strong communication and coordination skills. -       Good analytical and documentation skills. -       Experience with ERP, business systems, or enterprise applications is preferred.
