About the Role We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead product enhancements, manage the product backlog, and drive end-to-end delivery in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities • Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog based on business value, urgency, risk, and dependencies • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, features, and acceptance criteria • Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, QA, and integration teams • Evaluate standard Salesforce functionality before recommending custom solutions • Coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off • Support production releases, incident prioritization, and continuous platform improvements • Monitor business outcomes, data quality, user experience, and Salesforce adoption • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership Requirements • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, configuration, automation, security, and integrations • Hands-on experience with product backlog management, Agile/Scrum, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Experience managing Salesforce initiatives from discovery through implementation and production support • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and decision-making skills • Experience coordinating QA, UAT, and release activities • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Benefits • Opportunity to work with a dynamic enterprise environment • Chance to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams • Role in driving end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions
