About the Role We are seeking a Product Owner with extensive healthcare experience to join our team. This role requires strong domain knowledge and leadership in managing product development. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog • Write user stories and acceptance criteria • Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions • Utilize Jira and Confluence for project management • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations Requirements • 10+ years of IT/Business experience • Strong recent Healthcare experience • Healthcare Payer domain expertise • Knowledge of Healthcare Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility and Benefits • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Familiarity with HIPAA and EDI standards
