About the Role We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for a long-term engagement supporting a passenger railroad organization. Key Responsibilities • Own the product backlog and align it with business priorities and customer needs • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap • Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility • Write user stories and acceptance criteria from business requirements • Promote Agile and SAFe practices • Track product metrics and drive continuous improvement • Support cloud operations and ITSM initiatives Requirements • 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner, plus a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager certification, or 3+ years of scaled Agile product ownership/management in a large organization • Experience with cloud-focused teams or Cloud Operations • Experience with Jira Software, Confluence, FigJam, Jira Align, or similar tools • Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, backlog management, and roadmap development • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and prioritization skills • ITIL certification and ITSM experience are preferred.
