About the Role We are looking for a skilled professional Product Owner to join our team and drive product vision, backlog prioritization, and successful delivery in a dynamic enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage product backlog and prioritize items through refinement, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done • Implement Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery practices including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Kanban • Engage stakeholders through management, requirements workshops, expectation management, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration • Develop product roadmap, analyze business requirements, manage product lifecycle, and document features • Utilize Azure DevOps for backlog and sprint tracking, delivery metrics, KPI reporting, performance analysis, quality validation, and continuous improvement Requirements • Experience in product backlog management and prioritization • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Ability to develop product roadmaps and manage requirements • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and data-driven delivery practices Note: This role requires working onsite in Washington, DC, 4 days per week, with 1 remote day. Candidates should be comfortable with this hybrid arrangement and be local to the DMV area.
