About the Role We are seeking a Production Support Engineer to join our team at an aerospace company near downtown Fort Worth. This role involves supporting production processes and working closely with manufacturing equipment. Key Responsibilities • Provide support for production engineering and related roles • Work on the production floor to gain hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment • Manage multiple tasks effectively • Read and interpret drawings and parts lists Requirements • 1-3 years of experience in production engineering or related role, preferably in defense electro-mechanical products • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and assembly work instructions • Ability to read and interpret drawings and parts lists • Understanding of basic project management concepts • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field Benefits • Contract to Hire opportunity • 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off
