About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a high-priority, high-visibility rural healthcare initiative involving multiple teams, agencies, and external partners. Key Responsibilities • Lead a rural healthcare initiative involving multiple teams, agencies, and external partners • Drive cross-agency collaboration and program outcomes • Develop KPIs and continuous improvement processes Requirements • 5+ years of excellent communication and cross-agency collaboration experience • 5+ years of expertise in Health IT, healthcare services, and health policy • 5+ years of program/project leadership and stakeholder engagement • 5+ years of procurement, vendor oversight, and contract negotiation experience • 5+ years of experience developing KPIs and continuous improvement processes • 2+ years of familiarity with federal funding compliance and CMS program requirements • Experience with clinical data and Health Information Exchange (HIE) environments is preferred
