About the Role We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale technology modernization initiatives within the Auto Finance industry. This role requires a highly organized leader who can drive complex, multi-year programs while partnering with executive leadership and various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Lead enterprise-wide technology transformation and modernization programs • Manage multiple workstreams from project initiation through production deployment • Drive program planning, execution, governance, budgeting, and resource coordination • Facilitate executive steering committee meetings and provide regular status updates • Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure successful program delivery • Collaborate with business, technology, architecture, PMO, compliance, and vendor teams • Oversee project financials, milestones, schedules, and delivery metrics Requirements • 8+ years of Program/Project Management experience • Proven track record delivering large, multi-year enterprise technology initiatives • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Experience with project governance, risk management, and executive reporting • Expertise managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional teams • Experience leading enterprise technology implementations or digital transformation programs
