About the Role We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a high-impact Workday HCM implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization. Key Responsibilities • Lead a Workday HCM implementation from planning through go-live and stabilization • Manage program governance, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities • Manage cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, Security, and implementation partners Requirements • 10+ years of Enterprise Program Management experience • Proven leadership of multiple end-to-end Workday HCM implementations • Expertise in program governance, data migration, testing, cutover, and go-live activities • Experience managing cross-functional teams across HR, IT, Finance, Security, and implementation partners • Strong knowledge of Workday integrations with platforms such as SAP, Okta, Concur, and Ashby Preferred • Workday Certification and/or PMP • Experience with carve-outs, divestitures, or shared-services transitions • Global implementation experience
