Immediate Need - Project Manager, up to 175k Must have Project Experience over $50 million, some MEP exposure, low voltage exposure, coordination experience and some BIM exposure. Design Build experience is a plus. No hybrid work, must be commutable to Bronx and Lower Manhattan.
