Looking for a freelance Project Manager @EC   Project duration: 1.100 days Initial contract duration: 220 days Near-site location allowing to reach the Commission premises in Avenue d’Auderghem 45 in Brussels within 2 hours.     • Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience • Minimum 8 years of management of IT projects using project management methodologies such as Prince2, PMI, PM2, etc. • Minimum 6 years of experience with project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, JIRA ...) • Minimum 6 years of experience with Agile (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)  • Minimum 1 year of experience with web services (e.g. SOAP, REST) • Minimum 1 year of experience with interoperable solutions • Minimum 2 years of experience with web applications • Minimum 2 years of experience with OO development • Experience in management of technical teams • Experience in translating user needs into technical requirements   Certifications • Project Management Professional (PMP) • PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner • Certified in PM2  • Business Analyst - BABOK
