📍 Freelance opportunity – Senior Project Manager (50% allocation) We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager for a freelance assignment supporting a strategic initiative within OT management and cybersecurity in power plants. The assignment focuses on coordinating a cross-functional program across business stakeholders and Digital Solutions, covering the maturity and integration across the full value chain — including Technology & Operations, Service Digital Solutions, and regional organizations. Key responsibilities • Plan and coordinate program activities across business stakeholders and product teams in Digital Solutions 📎 Map the solution space, identifying potential approaches and their implications 📎Assess feasibility, impact, and risk for different solution pathways 📎Engage relevant stakeholders at SVP level to validate assumptions and ensure cross-functional alignment 📎Prepare a summary of findings and recommendations to be presented at the EXM meeting in September We are looking for someone with: 🤝 Strong ability to navigate politically tense environments and build bridges across functions 🤝A critical and analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills 🤝Experience working with cybersecurity capability models 🤝Knowledge of OT management, or similar experience with OT operating models
