Project Manager

I don’t post much on LinkedIn, but I told myself this year I probably need to get with the times 😅 and change that. For anyone I’m not directly connected with day-to-day — I recruit within the civil engineering & construction market, covering both freelance and permanent roles. Last year was a strange one across the board. Plenty of hesitation, delayed decisions, and roles that never quite got moving. This year already feels more promising. More conversations, more live requirements, and a bit more confidence creeping back into the market.
