We are looking for a Project Sales Manager / Key Accounts Manager for a building material company who is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key clients across the fit-out, contracting, and interior design sectors. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth through project-based sales, specification-driven opportunities, and long-term partnerships while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including fit-out contractors, interior design firms, developers, and consultants.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the project, construction, and design ecosystem.Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic account planning and pipeline management.Prepare, present, and negotiate customized proposals, tenders, and quotations aligned with client requirements and project specifications.Collaborate closely with design, technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure product suitability and compliance with project requirements.Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and specification to order execution and post-sales support.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide market intelligence and strategic insights.Attend project meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required.Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of client records, pipelines, and project data in the CRM system.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and relationships.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.10+ years of experience in project sales or key account management, preferably within building materials, fit-out, or interior design industries.Strong and established network within the UAE contracting, design, and developer community.Proven track record of managing large B2B accounts and achieving sales targets.In-depth understanding of project sales cycles, specification-based selling, and tender processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.
