About the Role We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our team in Irving, Texas. This role focuses on designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to deliver accurate, reliable, safe, and business-focused AI outputs. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and optimize prompts for LLMs, chatbots, AI copilots, and RAG-based applications. • Support context engineering, document chunking, embeddings, semantic search, and Graph RAG. • Build and support AI agents and agentic workflows using LangGraph, Google ADK, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK. • Integrate AI agents with external tools and data sources using MCP; familiarity with A2A is a plus. • Evaluate model performance for accuracy, safety, latency, and token cost. • Conduct adversarial testing to identify prompt injection risks, data leakage, and bias. • Develop reusable prompt templates, governance standards, and evaluation frameworks. • Support Python scripting, API development, data preprocessing, deployment, monitoring, and code reviews. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, product, and business teams to deliver effective AI solutions. Requirements • Strong understanding of LLMs, foundation models, tokenization, embeddings, and context windows. • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, context engineering, and RAG workflows. • Knowledge of Python for Generative AI, automation, and data preprocessing. • Familiarity with AI APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI. • Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, knowledge graphs, and Graph RAG. • Understanding of AI agents, tool/function calling, MCP, A2A, memory, and guardrails. • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and AI privacy, security, and compliance principles. • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
