About the Role We are looking for a skilled Python/AI Developer to join our team. This role focuses on modernizing legacy applications using Python and AI-driven development tools. Key Responsibilities • Modernize legacy applications using Python and AI-driven development tools • Develop backend services, web applications, AI components, and automation solutions • Design and implement AI agents and workflow-based solutions • Develop unit tests, troubleshoot applications, and ensure code quality • Collaborate with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders Requirements • 4+ years of experience with Python development • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and design principles • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted development tools • Experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, LLM integration, and Prompt Engineering • Familiarity with Python frameworks: Django, FastAPI, or Flask • Experience with Python libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn • Unit testing using PyTest / Unittest • Experience with enterprise-scale automation and workflow-based solutions • Process engineering, queues, and custom library development • Banking / Wealth Management domain experience is preferred
