About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python AI Developer to build and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI applications using Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Key Responsibilities • Build and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI applications • Utilize Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Implement REST APIs and JSON • Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs • Apply prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and context management • Work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks • Utilize vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma • Gain cloud AI experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP • Evaluate AI/ML frameworks, models, and LLMs • Integrate SQL, enterprise data, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes • Understand AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance Requirements • 8+ years of software development experience • Hands-on expertise in Python and AI/ML or Generative AI • Strong Python programming and object-oriented programming skills • Experience with REST APIs and JSON • Development of Generative AI applications using LLMs • Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and context management • Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent frameworks • Experience with vector databases such as Azure AI Search, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Chroma • Cloud AI experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure OpenAI is preferred • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks, model evaluation, MLOps, and LLM evaluation • Experience with SQL, enterprise data integration, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes • Understanding of AI security, responsible AI, data privacy, and governance Banking, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience is an advantage.
