About the Role We are looking for a Python Backend Developer to join our team at AESHitech. This role involves developing backend systems using Python and Django, with a focus on microservices and event-driven architecture. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement REST APIs using Python and Django • Develop and maintain microservices and event-driven systems • Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including query optimization • Implement solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes • Set up and maintain cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews Requirements • 5–8 years of experience in backend development • Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django • Experience with REST API design and implementation • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture • Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines • Strong understanding of unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews Preferred Industry Experience Experience in FinTech, E-commerce, or SaaS products will be an added advantage.
