About the Role We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team in Austin, Texas. This role involves Agile facilitation and leading Scrum ceremonies, as well as hands-on development with Python and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Agile Facilitation and leading Scrum ceremonies • Impediment management and sprint execution • Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.11+, FastAPI (async/await), and Pydantic V2 • Experience with JSONPath, Celery or FastStream, and PDF generation libraries • Knowledge of OAuth2/JWT, Ping Identity, and Microsoft Entra ID • Experience with Docker, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps • Familiarity with AWS, Amazon RDS PostgreSQL, CloudWatch, and Splunk integration • Knowledge of Ruff, Black, mypy, Bandit, OWASP ZAP, Pytest, and Coverage.py • Experience with event-driven architecture, parallel workers, and cloud infrastructure • AWS Certified Developer – Associate or equivalent certification preferred Requirements • 5+ years of experience in Python development • Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies • Strong understanding of the technologies mentioned above • Local to the Austin, TX area • Available for an immediate start and face-to-face interview • Must be on W2 (Tech Pro Solutions)
