About the Role We are looking for a hands-on technical leader with strong backend Python expertise to join our team at InfoWay Group. This role involves guiding offshore development teams and ensuring high-quality software delivery. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers • Collaborate with product team on technical requirements • Coordinate with offshore teams to translate architectural requirements into actionable tasks • Ensure high-quality software delivery Requirements • Strong Python backend development experience • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, and Async Programming • Knowledge of Pydantic and OpenAPI 3.0+ • Understanding of Microservices Architecture and Domain-Driven Design • Experience with Node.js and API Gateway • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and SQL Server • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes • Experience with Datadog, Monitoring, and Distributed Tracing • Technical Leadership and Offshore Team Coordination skills • Code Reviews, Testing, and Production Support experience
