About the Role We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team. This role focuses on backend development with Python and experience with various technologies including PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Python backend systems • Design and implement REST APIs using Django and Flask • Work with distributed systems and resilient software components • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization • Write unit tests and build self-testing, maintainable code • Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Aurora, and DynamoDB Requirements • 6+ years of professional experience in Python backend development • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Redis • Experience developing REST APIs using Django and Flask • Experience with distributed systems and resilient software components • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience writing unit tests and building self-testing, maintainable code • Experience with AWS services • Strong communication, autonomy, ownership, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to independently manage tasks and break complex engineering initiatives into manageable deliverables • Practical experience using modern AI and agentic coding tools in software development
