About the Role We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team at CITI. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions using Python and related technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Python • Develop Python and PySpark programs for data analysis • Develop custom frameworks for generating rules • Develop Python code to gather data from HBase and implement solutions using PySpark • Utilize Apache Spark Data Frames/RDDs for business transformations • Perform read/write operations using Hive Context objects • Develop back-end services, APIs, and integrate databases • Optimize applications for performance, security, and maintainability • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues Requirements • Strong proficiency in Python and Spark • Experience with HBase and Hive • Experience with RESTful APIs and database integration • 8+ years of experience in Python development
