About the Role We are looking for a Python Developer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on building scalable backend systems and enterprise Generative AI applications. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI • Build enterprise Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, semantic search, embeddings, and vector databases • Design knowledge ingestion, document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval pipelines • Implement production monitoring and observability for distributed AI systems • Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and production issues across systems Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Python 3.11+ and production backend development • Experience building secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices • Hands-on production experience with Generative AI applications using LLMs and RAG • Strong understanding of asynchronous Python, API design, validation, and authentication • Experience with PostgreSQL and vector search • Strong hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines • Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
