About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong Test Automation expertise to develop scalable applications, build automation frameworks, and ensure software quality through comprehensive testing. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain reusable Python code, APIs, and automation frameworks • Perform functional, integration, regression, API, and database testing • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines • Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and improve test coverage • Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and business teams • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous quality improvements Requirements • Strong Python development, OOP concepts, and data structures • Hands-on test automation using PyTest and Selenium/Playwright • REST API testing and API integration • SQL and database testing • Git, Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines • Automation framework development and maintenance Nice to Have • AI-assisted testing and AI tools for test automation • Client stakeholder management, status reporting, and risk communication • Experience mentoring junior team members
