About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong software engineering and infrastructure automation skills to build, maintain, and modernize automation platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop clean, maintainable, object-oriented Python applications and automation services • Design and implement APIs and microservices • Work with Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, and deployment documentation • Use Git and Bitbucket for version control, branching, and pull-request workflows • Troubleshoot application issues and improve performance and reliability • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency and software quality Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience • Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts • API design, microservices, and cloud architecture principles • MongoDB query development • Git, Bitbucket, Ansible, CI/CD, and automated testing • Experience with AI-assisted coding and testing tools • Strong debugging, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred Skills • Infrastructure automation / Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • AWS, Azure, or GCP • Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or Golang • Storage technologies (SAN/NAS, object storage, distributed storage) • OpenAPI specification and Richardson Maturity Model Key Project Goal: Modernize legacy Ansible-based services into API-driven microservices while improving CI/CD reliability and automated test coverage.
