About the Role We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience in Python, Flask/Django, and database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. The role involves developing scalable, real-time applications using MQTT, WebSocket, and Google Maps SDK, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and collaboration. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs using Python, Flask, Django, and Go (Gin), ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Design, implement, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB, to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, caching, and overall application performance. • Develop real-time applications and communication services using MQTT and WebSocket protocols, ensuring low-latency data exchange, responsiveness, and reliable communication between connected systems. • Integrate Google Maps SDK to implement location-based services and geospatial features, while ensuring accurate location tracking and efficient data processing. • Use Git for version control, code collaboration, and source code management. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize backend performance, follow coding best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions. Requirements • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in Python. • Experience with backend frameworks such as Gin (Go), Flask/Django (Python). • Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB. • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. • Knowledge of Google Maps SDK for location-based services. • Experience with MQTT and WebSocket protocols for real-time communication. • Experience developing real-time applications with a focus on performance and responsiveness. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Good communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
