About the Role We are looking for an experienced Python Engineer to join our team for an AI platform applications project. This role requires strong expertise in backend development, scalable applications, APIs, and cloud-native technologies. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable Python applications and backend services • Build REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems • Implement robust, maintainable, and testable code • Participate in system design and architecture discussions • Troubleshoot application performance and scalability issues • Work with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and containerization • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams Requirements • 8+ years of overall software engineering experience • 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience • Strong knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, Data Structures & Algorithms • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, and SQLAlchemy • Strong REST API, Microservices, and Backend Engineering experience • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD • Strong SQL and database fundamentals • Ability to independently develop solutions without heavy reliance on AI coding assistants Nice to Have • Generative AI / LLM experience • RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen • Vector Databases, MLOps, MLflow, Spark, or Kafka • Experience delivering production AI-powered applications
