About the Role We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer to join our team at J&M Group in Montreal, QC. This role requires extensive experience with Python, React, and various AI technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop full stack applications using Python and React • Implement Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents • Work with MCP tools and vector databases • Design and maintain databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Create and manage REST APIs • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices • Utilize containerization technologies • Use AI coding assistants like GitHub Copilot Requirements • 7+ years of overall development experience • 5+ years of Python and React experience • Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents • Proficiency with MCP tools and vector databases • Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and REST APIs • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization • Familiarity with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants Note: Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a mandatory background check.
