About the Role We are looking for a Python Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience to join our team. This role focuses on developing enterprise-scale applications in the BFSI domain. Key Responsibilities • Design and implement robust backend systems using Python • Develop RESTful APIs and ensure proper testing and optimization • Work with frontend technologies like React or Angular • Troubleshoot production issues and maintain clean code standards • Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders Requirements • 6+ years of experience in Python backend development • Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks • Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OOPs, debugging, testing, and performance optimization • Exposure to React, Angular, or other modern frontend frameworks • Experience in enterprise-scale applications and production troubleshooting • Strong understanding of clean coding practices and software design principles • Experience working in Agile environments, including code reviews, testing, and releases • Excellent communication skills • Prior experience in BFSI, investment management, financial markets, or capital markets is required
