About the Role We are looking for a strong Python Full Stack Lead with expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, microservices, and modern front-end development. Key Responsibilities • Drive backend and front-end architecture • Mentor developers • Deliver secure, scalable, production-ready solutions Requirements • Strong Python 3.x with FastAPI / Flask / Django • Hands-on experience with React.js and TypeScript • Expert-level knowledge of at least one major cloud platform — AWS preferred • Microservices architecture, system design, and distributed systems • REST/gRPC APIs, API gateways, and secure integrations • Event-driven architecture using Kafka or cloud-native messaging services • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud security • SQL and NoSQL databases • High availability, scalability, resilience, and performance optimization Preferred Experience • Retail / eCommerce domain experience • Headless CMS, headless search, and composable commerce integrations • AWS services such as EventBridge, SNS, SQS, and Kinesis • AI tools and high-volume transaction processing
