About the Role We are looking for a Python MCP Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing MCP servers and tools for enterprise AI agents. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop MCP servers and reusable tools for enterprise AI agents • Build Python services to connect AI agents with enterprise systems • Convert existing APIs and functions into MCP-compatible tools • Define tool contracts, JSON schemas, and request/response standards • Implement authentication, authorization, and tool-level access controls • Integrate MCP tools with databases, internal APIs, and external services • Develop unit, API, and integration tests • Ensure secure tool discovery, invocation, and response handling Requirements • Strong Python Programming & Backend Development • Model Context Protocol (MCP) • FastMCP / Python-Based MCP Server Development • MCP Tools & Tool-Based Agent Architecture • REST API Development & Integration • JSON Schemas, API Validation & Error Handling • OAuth, JWT, IAM, RBAC & ABAC • Secure Service-to-Service Communication • GCP, Git/GitHub & Docker • CI/CD & Automated Testing
