About the Role We are looking for a Python + React JS Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing scalable applications with hands-on experience in application development and GenAI integration. Key Responsibilities • Developing scalable Python and React-based applications • Building APIs, reusable components, and integrations • Integrating GenAI capabilities into applications • Optimizing model performance, latency, and cost Requirements • Strong proficiency in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.js • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and database integration • Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases • Knowledge of cloud platforms, Git, and CI/CD tools • Experience with GenAI platforms, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and model fine-tuning • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
