About the Role We are seeking a Python/AI Developer to join our team and help modernize legacy codebases using AI-driven development tools. This role involves working in an Agile environment and collaborating with various teams across Wealth Management, infrastructure, and architecture. Key Responsibilities • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to generate Python-based web applications, backend services, and automation solutions • Design and generate unit test cases using AI-assisted tooling to validate functionality and compliance • Build AI-driven components using Agentic AI frameworks and Microsoft Copilot extensibility • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure stability and performance • Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in Python development and AI • Design, develop, and test automation workflows with assured quality • Review code and design, providing expertise in development and integration of systems • Configure new automations efficiently and document automation procedures • Develop custom libraries and work with cross-functional resources to define and automate processes Requirements • 15+ years of experience in Python coding and AI/ML • Experience with Agent development • Strong understanding of banking technology environment • Ability to adapt solutions to changing business needs • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and other AI-assisted development tools
