About the Role We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. This role focuses on driving software quality across the engineering organization through test automation and cloud-based SaaS testing. Key Responsibilities • Drive software quality across the engineering organization • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks • Test SaaS applications on cloud platforms • Collaborate with development teams to improve testing processes Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in QA/QE, software engineering, and test automation • Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, or similar languages • Hands-on experience with Selenium/WebDriver, JUnit, JMeter, Jenkins, and API testing tools • Experience with SaaS applications, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices • Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and automated testing frameworks • Experience with functional, integration, regression, API, and performance testing • Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior QA engineers • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus!
