About the Role We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our cross-functional team. This role focuses on improving product quality through innovative automation testing practices. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the test automation specialist within a cross-functional team • Create comprehensive test plans for complex systems and applications • Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for Web, iOS, Android, and API platforms • Execute automation testing initiatives that improve product quality • Identify and resolve flaky tests to improve automation stability • Advocate quality best practices and continuously improve testing processes • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure customer-focused solutions Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • At least 1 year of experience in test automation for web and mobile applications • Strong understanding of API Testing • Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and automation best practices • Experience implementing Data-Driven Testing (DDT) using multiple datasets • Strong understanding of Playwright concepts • Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving Flaky Tests • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
