About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team at OMEX INFOTECH LLP. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and leading automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks • Lead automation testing strategies and implementation • Perform end-to-end automation testing for web and application-based products • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using suitable automation tools • Identify, report, track, and troubleshoot software defects • Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines • Perform API automation and database validation • Conduct regression, functional, integration, and performance testing • Review automation code and ensure best testing practices • Collaborate with developers, project managers, and QA teams • Take ownership of overall automation quality and delivery Requirements • Minimum 10 years of relevant QA experience • Strong hands-on experience in Automation Testing • Excellent expertise in Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar automation tools • Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Experience in developing automation frameworks from scratch • Strong API testing and automation experience • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps • Experience with Git, test management tools, and defect tracking • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills • Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) • Must be comfortable working in the UK time zone • Must be able to work independently in a remote environment
