About the Role We are seeking a QA Engineer / FCS Functional Tester to support the Itron Field Collection System (FCS) 4.7 upgrade. This remote role focuses on functional and non-functional testing, with a strong emphasis on utility domain experience. Key Responsibilities • Perform functional and non-functional testing for the Itron FCS 4.7 upgrade • Prepare test plans, test cases, and test result documentation • Execute functional, SIT, and UAT testing • Perform defect triage, retesting, and validation • Validate FC300 handhelds, MC3/MC4 Toughbooks, Bing Maps compatibility, and FCS–SAP integration Requirements • Hands-on experience testing Itron FCS or a comparable field collection system • Strong functional testing, test case design, and defect management experience • Knowledge of meter-reading workflows and SAP integration is a plus • Utility domain experience is required
