About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract position requiring strong hands-on expertise in automation testing frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Lead QA automation initiatives and design scalable automation frameworks • Define testing strategies and ensure high-quality software releases • Conduct UI and manual testing, as well as API testing • Design and maintain test cases and manage defect tracking • Collaborate with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium for UI automation • Experience with Karate Framework for API testing and automation • Excellent UI and Manual Testing experience • Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End Testing • Experience with REST API testing and backend validation • Test planning, test strategy, test case design, and defect management skills • Experience with JIRA or similar tools • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration • Ability to analyze test results, identify quality risks, and drive defect resolution
